So Sweet Entertainment, Inc. is structured as a Sub-Chapter “S” corporation in the state of Maryland.

The company has been established as a music and event promotion company with corporate business offices in the Maryland and Washington, DC. areas.

So Sweet Entertainment is currently seeking a total of $1,500,000.00 fractionally or in whole, of equity and/or debt capital for developing, promoting and producing “live” concert events at selected venues around the country.

The corporation is prepared to offer investors a 50-50% partnership for a $1.5 million dollar investment with a funding period of between one and three years. We are also offering a short term investment package for investments of a minimum of $265K.

So Sweet Entertainment will partner with Live Nation Productions at selected events. A $2 million event liability insurance policy will be secured for all events.
